Plastic injection molds for the reel to reel production

With reel to reel workpieces are supplied onto bobbins for further processing. After the refining process with plastic and the electrical and optical test the workpieces again are taken on an empty spool and , if necessary, a singulation can be realized. The items can be placed in trays. With the reel to reel method we also offer complete production together with our partners.
